It’s my heart’s desire to help you bring out your true self – sort of like peeling an onion, but hopefully with fewer tears! Book now
I truly understand the weight of a busy career and the constant juggling act it demands. It’s a lot, isn’t it? The relentless push to stay at your best is a good distraction to what’s lurking below the surface..
Ah, and let’s not forget the anxiety that hits us like a ton of bricks, as we navigate working in our later years, triggered by memories of the stress we felt during our earlier careers.
And when you’re trying to help your community during tough environmental crises, it’s easy to forget about your own needs. So much joy along the way but I’ve also felt lost and paralysed, staring at my computer screen wondering what the hell I got myself into.
There was a time when I had a career I loved, but I yearned to be there for my kids so I quit to be there for them. I adored them, but I felt an emptiness inside, invisible in my own home, unaware that I was battling chronic depression because I let my career define me.
Or may be you shine at work but feel a disconnect at home? Are you stuck in repeated arguments with your partner, feeling like you’re going in circles? Or maybe you’ve grown used to living separate lives, putting up with trying not to feel numb and drained?
I’ve walked that path and come out on the other side. My heart resonates with your struggles, no matter where you find yourself on the journey.
True happiness isn’t found in external achievements or more stuff, it grows from within. Yeah yeah, I know you’ve heard that before!
But trust me on this one, I’ve learned that small steps toward new habits, with the right support, leads us down a path of more peace and joy. By nurturing our inner world, we can transform our outer reality. Now, instead of focussing on the trauma of my past, I cherish the beautiful moments that have shaped my journey, all thanks to a lot of determination and perhaps a touch of naivety in my younger years!
I’ve discovered that when I give, it comes back tenfold. I’m grateful for the strength my husband and I have built over our 28 years of marriage, navigating our way to a love that runs deep.
While there’s no quick fix, with the right support and your determination, you’ll eventually look at your life and think, “I’m happy and free!”
If you’re still searching for your soul’s purpose, perhaps it’s time to start that journey too.
Let’s take that step forward together.
Is it time to make some real changes and see what’s possible in your life?
