Working with Sarah
I am a Holistic Wellness Practitioner dedicated to fostering the synergy between mental, physical, and spiritual well-being through a diverse array of modalities. My comprehensive approach focusses on freeing energy in the body trapped by our emotions and thoughts. This empowers individuals on their journey to optimal health, balance and heart centred living.
I am qualified in many different modalities but the most effective ‘toolbox’ I use now includes kinesiology, Psyche-K, hypnotherapy, timeline therapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), plus many other mindfulness techniques and creative visualisations each designed to support you in overcoming challenges, creating freedom to move forward in life.
You can book an appointment to see me either online via video link, or in person in Cobargo
Working with me online
Initially, I approached the concept of conducting energy work online – particularly with Kinesiology and Psyche-K – with skepticism. I had concerns about my ability to sense energy fluctuations and perform effective muscle testing remotely. However, I have since come to understand that not only does this approach work remarkably well, but the intensity of the experience is often heightened. It feels as though the client is physically present in the room with me when the energy of a trapped emotion has come to the surface. This experience reinforces my belief that distance is merely a construct of the mind and validates the principles of quantum physics.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions required varies based on individual needs, including trauma severity, emotional state, and health. Generally, I recommend starting with three sessions, but significant shifts can occur after just one. Weekly support may be beneficial for those transitioning from unconscious living or a traumatic situation, while others on their path may require only a couple of sessions, returning as needed.
What can I expect after a session?
It is advisable to clear your schedule and allow some time for personal reflection to process the experience. You may feel light-headed; if so, grounding yourself by standing barefoot on the earth or taking a walk along the beach or in a garden can be beneficial. Adjusting to a new way of thinking and living requires self-compassion, as this transition signifies your readiness to elevate your awareness. While this journey may present challenges, it is important to honour the changes you are experiencing.
