Sarah’s healing work

My family and I have used Sarah for kinesiology, meditation, and reiki. Each time I step out of her beautiful treatment room I feel so empowered and renewed. Her treatments are spot on and have given us such insight.
From her work with our 1 and a 1/2 year old daughter and 5 year old son to my husband and I, we have all benefited greatly. I have used kinesiology and homeopathy as my main ‘go to’ remedies whenever we have had a health issue. I am very thankful to have discovered Sarah’s genuine healing abilities in the tiny town of Cobargo and I recommend her to everyone.
How blessed we are!
Marie

Sarah is a dynamic, positive, centred and professional healer.
Her Kinesiology is done with such grace, conciseness, intuition and positiveness. Sarah helps you to turn negative stories, unhealthy beliefs and destructive memories into distant ones while focusing on positive affirmations.
I was meant to meet Sarah.
She has reminded me of my spiritual path, life purpose and encouraged me on my journey. She has diligently nudged me and promoted me in my own work and for this I am truly grateful.
As a healer, bodyworker and breath-worker myself I know a great healer when I see one.
Sarah is amazing. Thanks Sarah, love and light to you.
Melinda

I have been attending for treatment from Sarah for a couple of years now, with great changes in my life. Most of all since the sudden death of my daughter in a vehicle accident last year.
Sarah’s treatments helped me immensely. Also Sarah’s Meditation CD ” be free be me ” especially No 2 track, has also had a huge impact on me, giving me an enormous breakthrough while in deep meditation.
I came out of depression immediately and it is hard to believe the massive change in my life and the changes in my attitude towards others and the joy for life I have not had for many many years.
Thank you so very much Sarah. xoxo

Courses and workshops

I recently completed a Course called Living in Love with Sarah. I found this course to be life changing. It has not only helped me to understand myself better, it has given me the tools to heal myself by reprogramming my brain and breaking negative thought patterns. Incredible stuff!
I also started using Sarah’s Meditation tape. I am 51 years old and have tried to meditate on various occasions but it was always a struggle. These tapes have been amazing, I now meditate every day.
I love the fact that I am in control of my own life and I can live the life I want.
Thank you so much Sarah.

I attended an Inside Outside workshop at Heavenly Therapies with Sarah Lambert a couple of weeks ago, I suffer from depression and anxiety and find it very hard to relax. Sarah took us thru meditation and it was WONDERFUL. I have never been able to meditate before then, and it was the best feeling.
The other techniques we learnt were awesome as well, so if you are highly strung like myself I highly recommend trying it for yourself, it’s the best feeling.
Lisa

Sarah’s Inside Outside workshop has something for everyone looking to expand their awareness, from newcomers to those who have already undertaken spiritual and philosophical endeavours. I always love hearing new information that reminds me that you can create any reality and life you want, if only you truly choose to believe, and come from the place in your heart.

I attended Sarah’s Inside Outside workshop. With much joy I can say that Sarah was upbeat, fun, and knowledgeable. I very much enjoyed her guided meditation, and the information given was again a delightful reminder of how to assist ourselves in healing, so that we can move into a place of love, compassion and forgiveness.
I highly recommend this workshop.

Sarah! Thank you so much for the Living in Love course. The compilation of all your marvellous information and your wonderful LIL CD, and starting my morning listening to LIL, gives me peace of mind, my thoughts are positive, stops the mind chatter, and creates a deep relaxation.
I feel balanced, my intuition has become clearer, then I’m ready for a beautiful love filled day. My gratitude has increased for everything. Forgiveness of others has set me free. My fear has been healed by love. Love has opened my awareness to be mindful of my thoughts and bring myself back in to the now.

When Mindful Mondays began, I wasn’t coping, still, more than a year after the fires. I found the first few classes helpful because I was given practical tools for dealing with anxiety and stress, while also learning about the effect of trauma on the brain and body. This had a profound impact on me, particularly learning about the amygdala, because I realised that my delayed recovery, my loss of memory, my difficulty to read and concentrate, wasn’t weakness or a personal failing but the result of trauma. So I kept coming back and it kept being helpful. For me Mindful Mondays had a butterfly effect, (that idea that something as small as a butterfly in one part of the world can cause a hurricane in another). Maybe I was justready to hear the ideas and use the breathing and self soothing tools, but since it began I have found strength to address some big health issues, including facing an addiction and successfully (for 47 days now) setting it aside. Finding the courage to walk into the Mindful Monday meetings maybe helped me find the courage to attend other meetings and seek help, so I’m very grateful. While we were all affected by the fires and covid, we are not necessarily coping in the aftermath in the same ways. That is why it was helpful that we were not called upon to share or speak in the first weeks. We were made to understand that it was just fine to sit quietly and take it all in and then drift away. As the weeks unfolded, so did some laughs, observations, murmurs of agreement and towards the end, sharing notes and stories from the week came naturally. For me, meeting people and slowly finding common ground made the connection more meaningful and it reduced my fears of it coming back.      FR, Dignams Creek

Thank you SO much for making this program available. It has been a much valued kit to add to the toolbox for recovery. Sarah’s meditations are fabulous and along with the many techniques taught each week, students are calmly guided in building skills to assist with personal resilience. LK, Yowrie

I was on the verge of despair on my birthday. I am much more controlled and balanced now. An on line course would be suited to all people who have been traumatised. I have learned how to find balance and calm. SJ, Verona

Learning of relaxation methods has been invaluable. Help to collect our thoughts. Many thoughts scattered prior to doing this course. VH, Cobargo

I learnt a lot about how the brain works in trauma. It was great to build this knowledge together as a common language. MC, Upper Brogo

Every session gave me something to work with a good reminder that there are many forms of exercises for inner work. In a digital format it could appeal to many people. BV, Quaama

The Mindful Monday sessions sent me down a big rabbit hole of discovery about the nervous system. It has honestly changed my whole perspective of how I view health and healing which will inform my life and work as a practitioner from now on. Reviewing all of the practices each week was fabulous and has cemented them in my mind, so when I am feeling anxious or triggered the techniques to calm my nervous system are right there at the forefront of my mind for me to recall and begin to implement straight away. An amazing shift to how I was tracking 12 weeks ago. MP, Yowrie

Dear Sarah, Thank you so much for running this course. For all you do for us…May you be infused with inner peace, love and joy. From a heart filled with gratitude. P

I have appreciated the opportunity to participate in guided activities that provide strategies to improve mental wellbeing. I would particularly like an online course as I would like torevisit aspects of the course as and when necessary. I found it a positive space to be in. Each session has set me up for the week. Thank you. L

I so enjoyed last week. Thank you. I saw someone at the co-op and we were in furious agreement that you provided so many ideas and tools and in a way that showed how practical and not hippie (I’m a hippie) the ideas were. It particularly hit me how little I knew about the amygdala and it was a bit devastating to realise how frozen I’ve been for so long. Yikes! Thank you thank you thank you for pushing past the barbed wire fences of doubt / fear and packing in so much. What you are doing is very needed. See you on Monday! ” FR, Dignams Creek

The mindfullness course that Sarah Lambert presented in Cobargo was of enormous value to fire affected people.
It highlighted the value of knowing how the subconscious mind is/was formed & how it can hold us in the past, which can affect the present. The course highlighted how that subconscious mind affects all of our senses and how we are guided by that, we make decisions and choices based on that. The course content & relevant exercises promote awareness. Sarah Lambert is a very caring, community minded person and has organised a huge amount of mental health initiatives post the catastrophic bush fires of recent times. The mindfullness course along with her other initiatives have been very helpful to the mental well being of many people and this particular course needs to be supported.

I found the Thriving in Crisis course to be a very valuable experience. It gave me practical tools to integrate difficult experiences which was what I was looking for. The group sessions were welcoming, supportive and safe. The size of the group enabled inclusive dialogue with no pressure and the 8 week length allowed trust and sharing to build without being an onerous commitment.
Thriving in Crisis was well-researched and focused. The course progressively introduced key concepts and applied understandings from a wide variety of scientific sources and life wisdoms. The structure of the course consolidated familiarity with this information and how to apply it.
The weekly on-line component gave a clear overview and insights into the next steps in self-care and self-responsibility. The web components were professionally developed and easy to manage. The length of the sections worked – long enough to be substantial yet not too long. The resources component is a treasure chest.

Ginger the Frog – Theatre Project

To all involved in the play today – it was brilliant. I felt privileged to witness kids thoroughly engrossed and enjoying the play whilst incidentally learning so much. RK

My Super Power warms the heart, chocks the throat and flows the tears. children and adults alike remember to breath, grieve and release…well done all and totally professional… a fantastic local performance, engaging, colourful and focused on the recovery of our beautiful little ones. SC

I took 3 year old Georgia to see My Super Power starring Ginger the Frog and she absolutely adored the whole show. A show about being brave, kind and resilient is just what we both needed. Georgia was particularly excited about putting her “big pants” on and fell asleep to “inside a star” the night following the show. BC

I think there will be so much for the teachers to go through with the children: the themes were very strong. I think the children may need help unravelling them, which opens up fabulous, rich discussions with teachers and parents. NJH

This show is full of energy and heart: the passion to enhance the wellbeing of children drives this creation. I think one of the strengths of this show is that it opens discussions : how to calm fear and anxiety, how to let anger go, to find and believe in one’s own super power, how to be brave when the world is frightening. Great show and important life skills to take home. PB
