About Me

Sarah brings nearly two decades of expertise in the film, television, theatre, and magazine industries across Australia and the U.S. Through her extensive work with high-profile individuals in politics, sports, entertainment, and music, Sarah gained a unique perspective on the pressures of demanding careers and the critical need for managing stress, mental clarity, and physical well-being. This experience ignited her passion for holistic wellness, leading her to become qualified in kinesiology, hypnotherapy, massage, Psyche-K, and to achieve Reiki Master certification.

Settling in rural New South Wales with her family, Sarah has spent the past fourteen years offering private sessions, workshops, and retreats designed to guide individuals toward balance and resilience.

Following the catastrophic fires of 2019-2020, Sarah founded the nonprofit Cobargo Wellness Group, which has since delivered countless programs to support mental and emotional recovery reaching thousands of people across communities affected by fires, floods, and the impact of COVID-19.

Her efforts have raised close to half a million dollars for initiatives such as Mindful Mondays, a three-month “brain recovery” program, along with community gatherings like men’s BBQs, a roll out of bodywork and massage sessions, yoga and meditation classes, a variety of workshops aimed at holistic community healing, culminating in a humungous New Years Eve party held on the date of the fires 3 years later.

With some of this funding, Sarah developed online courses that came from feedback and research of community needs. These courses will be utilised well into the future. Thriving in Crisis for adults and the Ginger the Frog Wellness Program, a beautifully illustrated, delightfully animated set of ten stories, an album of songs and guided visualisations and a curriculum to support healthy emotional development in young children and their carers. This program includes school and home resources, as well as an engaging travelling musical theatre show for children aged 3-7.

“The key,” Sarah explains, “is understanding how our mind works and having evidence-based tools and the right support to keep us on track. Life transforms when we feel in control and ready to face challenges and then we grow. We can peel the onion, bit by bit, with ease and grace, to finally bear our beautiful souls to the world, encouraging others to do the same. It’s about moving from a reactive life to a life of intentional creation—a life grounded in truth, beauty and love.”
