Chakra means wheel, and these energy wheels can easily become blocked due to holding on to past negative emotions. For example the throat chakra is affected when we feel unable to speak up and we’ll experience a sore throat, or we can experience a stomach upset when our solar plexus chakra is blocked making us feel like we’re unable to move forward in our lives doing what we love.
