What happens?
  • You will recognise and release old belief systems. (Very common).
  • You will experience how your energy systems work when you are ‘balanced’, creating the space to move forward. The energy release can be subtle or quite intense when an unhealthy belief is released, depending on how intensely the trauma affected you. (Very common)
  • You will experience the connection between how your thoughts affect your health. (Very common)
  • You will feel lighter yet grounded. (Very common)
  • You will have ‘visits’ from guides and relatives that have passed, and/or spirits that have a message. (usually – some messages come through very strongly, others more subtle.
  • You will feel calmer and have a clearer idea of how to move forward and be able to develop your instincts, using your sixth sense to eliminate fear. (Very common)
  • You will be given ‘homework’ to continue with your ‘goal’ that emerges from your story, which will enable you to implement a happier and healthier version of yourself. (Always)
  • You will have a very good understanding of what it’s like to start living consciously. (Very common)
How long is a healing session?

The first session is an hour and a half, and subsequent sessions last for about an hour.

How many sessions do I need?

This varies enormously depending on the work that needs to be done, the severity/reaction of a trauma, a person’s programming, health and emotional state – so many factors.

Usually I recommend having three sessions, but sometimes only one is needed to create a big shift, with the person returning whenever they are ready for the next release. Sometimes weekly support is required. Sometimes a client has been living unconsciously for many years and needs a lot of support to adjust to living consciously. Others already on the path may be ready to deal with a suppressed belief and have one or two sessions in a row, then return six months or a year later.

What should I expect after a session?

It’s always good to clear your schedule and have some time to yourself to process what has happened in a session. You might feel light headed in which case it’s great to ground yourself by standing barefoot on the earth, or ideally go for a walk on the beach. The shift to a different way of thinking and living will take some adjustment so be kind to yourself. There’s a reason why you’re ready to experience the next level in your awakening. Sometimes this can create a bumpy ride so please honour the changes that you’re experiencing.
