Mind-less meditation

 

Mind-less meditation is a technique that is used to dissolve the chattering conscious mind, re program the subconscious and access theinfinite collective wisdom of the superconscious, that is the loving unity of all that is (universal wisdom, quantum field, God).

It’s a process where we sit upright, balancing on our bones, with as little muscle usage as possible, and listen to a carefully crafted text that first relaxes the ‘meat suit’ (physical body), then relaxes the mind. If we’re ready and willing to let go of limiting beliefs that don’t serve us any more, this is the place to do it, or if we want to get the answer to what we perceive as a difficult question this is the place we ask, or if we want to access the observer of our human experience, and experience our oneness, our connection to everything, then this is the place to be.
